How Did God Create Me?

Even if you’ve read Genesis 1 to your children numerous times, the truths found there need to be echoed again and again. In a world that’s constantly changing, our children need to know God’s Word never will. And when their view of marriage, creation or identity is challenged, we need to encourage our children to search Scripture, not social media, to find truth.

If we want our children to develop a solid biblical worldview, they need to start with a solid understanding of Genesis 1. This week, as we Talk About creation, let’s remind our children of these two important truths:
God, the creator of everything, intentionally created you in His image.
You can reflect the image of God to those around you.

While others question who they are, where they belong or what they’re worth, our children can confidently declare, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of the Almighty God.”
